To enable schools to offer alternative educational paths beyond regular teaching activities, Di.Di., in collaboration with OCTO Telematics, has created the project “DON’T THROW YOUR LIFE AWAY IN A SECOND,” a series of “digital meetings” offered free of charge to middle and high school students. The aim is to raise awareness about the importance of road safety education, accident prevention, and to provide insight into the world of disability from a different perspective.

This initiative consists of a course comprising 7 video lessons and a final live session, either in-person or online, where students can interact with the protagonists of the videos and ask questions they have gathered throughout the course.

In addition, for 2024, thanks to collaboration with the ACI-VALLELUNGA Safe Driving Center, students who submit their project works related to the course may have the chance to win a one-day Safe Driving Course at the center!

Over 100 schools across Italy have participated in the project over the years, with 80 live sessions held with students,

totaling more than 10,000 young participants!
